Kedarpay expressly disclaims from being a party to the agreement between Merchant and Payer. Kedarpay shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the Merchants including, but not limited to the implied warranties.
Kedarpay act as agent on behalf of Merchants and disclaims all liabilities whatsoever for any aspect of the quality of goods or standard of service provided by merchants.
Disagreement in whole or in part, of the user agreement, is to discontinue using the services after notifying Kedarpy in writing.
